This page summarizes how supersnitch subscriptions work, how to cancel and when a refund applies. It is part of the Terms of Service, which contain the full rules: if in doubt, the Terms prevail.
This English version is provided for convenience; the Italian version is the legally prevailing one.
1. Plans and automatic renewal
- Weekly: €8.99 per week.
- Yearly: €34.99 per year.
Prices include any applicable taxes, as shown at checkout, where the price may be shown in your local currency. There is no free trial. Your subscription starts right after payment and renews automatically at the end of each week or year, charged to the same payment method, until you cancel.
2. Who handles payments and refunds
Payments are handled through Stripe Managed Payments. The merchant of record is Sold through Link, LLC, a Stripe group company operating under the Link brand: that is why your purchase appears as “Sold through Link”, and on your bank statement as “LINK.COM*” followed by the service name. Link handles checkout, taxes, receipts and invoices, renewals, payment support, refunds and disputes, under its own Consumer Terms (link.com/terms) and refund policy (support.link.com/questions/sold-through-link-refunds). We provide the supersnitch service and are always available to help with any issue.
3. How to cancel
You can cancel at any time, with no penalty:
- from your account: Settings → “Manage subscription”;
- from your Link account at link.com, where “Sold through Link” purchases are managed;
- by writing to support@supersnitch.app.
Cancelling stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for: until then you keep access to the service. To avoid the next renewal, cancel before the renewal date.
4. Refunds
Except where required by law, we don’t refund subscription periods that have started or that you haven’t used, not even in part: after cancelling you keep access until the end of the paid period.
Link may grant refunds in certain cases, generally for requests made within 60 days of purchase, under its own refund policy. We may also grant a refund at our discretion, for example for a charge made in error or a serious service failure. Refunds go back to the original payment method and may take a few business days to appear.
5. 14-day right of withdrawal (EU consumers)
If you are a consumer, you can withdraw from the contract within 14 days of its conclusion without giving any reason (articles 52 and following of the Italian Consumer Code and Directive 2011/83/EU).
The service starts right away: when you buy, we ask you to expressly request the immediate start and to acknowledge that you will lose your right of withdrawal once the service has been fully performed. So:
- if you withdraw within 14 days while the paid period is still running, you get back what you paid minus an amount proportionate to the service provided until you told us you were withdrawing (article 57(3) of the Italian Consumer Code);
- if the paid period has already ended (for example the week of a weekly plan), the service has been fully performed and the right of withdrawal no longer applies to that period (article 59(1)(a) of the Italian Consumer Code).
If Link’s terms give you more favorable treatment, that treatment applies. Refunds are made within 14 days of receiving your request, to the same payment method and at no cost to you.
6. How to request a refund or withdraw
- Through Link: support.link.com/topics/sold-through-link, selecting the “Sold through Link” purchase. To withdraw, give “cooling off period” as the reason.
- Through us: write to support@supersnitch.app from the email address used for the purchase, with the purchase date and, to withdraw, a clear statement such as “I withdraw from my supersnitch subscription contract”. You may also use the model withdrawal form provided by law. We will forward the request to Link and keep you updated.
Your withdrawal is on time if you send the request within the 14 days.
